Ingredients
230 g | sharp cheddar cheese, shredded |
230 g | extra-sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded |
120 g | bell peppers, 1 jar with mixed red, green, yellow peppers and juice |
50 g | mayonnaise |
salt and fresh ground pepper to taste |
Instructions
Cut bell peppers into little pieces.
Mix the shredded cheeses together with the bell peppers and their juice. Stir in the mayonnaise and mix until well blended. Add salt and pepper to taste. Stir.
Keep covered in the refrigerator until ready to use.
Serving suggestion:Great on bread or serve as a vegetable dip.
