Ingredients
500 g | potatoes, peeled |
2 clove(s) | garlic, minced |
some | olive oil |
some | butter |
some | parsley, chopped |
some | salt and fresh ground pepper to taste |
Instructions
Cook potatoes until soft. Drain. Season with parsley and salt and pepper. Add some butter and with a fork mash potatoes until crumbled. With a melon baller make small round potato balls.Pour some oil in a small skillet and sauté potato balls in equal parts over medium heat for about 5 minutes. Add minced garlic into the skillet stirring constantly until potatoes are golden brown.
