Bell Pepper Appetizer recipe

|2||red bell peppers, finely chopped|
|120 g||green olives, finely chopped|
|4 sprig(s)||thyme, finely chopped|
|60 g||crumbled Feta cheese|
Mix together the bell peppers, olives and thyme and season to taste with pepper. Divide the bell pepper tartar on the baguette slices and sprinkle with Feta cheese.
Preheat the oven to 175°C and grill or bake the breads for 5 minutes. Serve lukewarm.
