Ingredients
1 small | onion, chopped |
1 small | yellow bell pepper, finely diced |
300 g | smoked salmon, chopped |
½ bunch(es) | dill, chopped |
100 g | cream cheese |
2 tbsp | orange juice |
salt and pepper |
Instructions
Mix the salmon with onion and bell pepper until well distributed.
In a bowl, mix the cream cheese with dill and the juice. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Serve the tartar with the dip and fresh baguette.
