Ingredients
400 g | potatoes, peeled, cooked, sliced |
2 tbsp | cream |
2 tbsp | wine |
1 tsp | salt |
nutmeg. grated | |
cayenne pepper | |
2 medium | eggs, yolks only, beaten |
1 medium | egg, beaten |
100 g | flour |
Instructions
Place potato slices in a bowl and add cream, wine, and seasonings. Add beaten eggs and beat until smooth. Add flour and mix again.Drop by spoonfuls into a frying pan and fry until browned. Drain on kitchen paper.
