Ingredients
8 slice(s) | white bread, toasted |
8 tsp | tartar sauce |
2 cup(s) | small shrimp, cooked, chopped |
4 tsp | button mushrooms, sliced |
½ tbsp | soft butter |
salt and pepper | |
paprika powder | |
2 tbsp | freshly grated Parmesan cheese, |
1 tsp | freshly grated horseradish |
3 tbsp | mayonnaise |
8 | olives, sliced |
Instructions
In a pan melt the butter and sauté the mushrooms. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Remove from the heat and mix together with the chopped shrimp.Spread the bread slices with tartar sauce and top with the mushroom and shrimp mixture. Seasonwith the paprika powder.
Mix together the cheese, horseradish and mayonnaise. Top the canapés with dollops of the cheese sauce and garnish with olives.
