Ingredients
Serves: 2- 1 cup flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2/3 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 cup beer
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
Preparation method
Prep: 15 mins | Cook: 10 mins1. Combine dry ingredients in one bowl and egg, beer, and butter in a separate bowl. Pour egg mixture into the dry ingredients and stir to combine. Batter will be lumpy.
2. Coat a skillet with nonstick cooking spray and place over medium heat. Pour 1/4 cups of batter onto the hot skillet and cook, flipping as necessary, until golden-brown on both sides.
