A spicy marinade that works well with wild game or other tough meat. Inspired by Ben Sullivan’s “Beer Marinated Deer, Elk, or Moose Steak.”

Ingredients
Makes: 2 cups- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 (12-ounce) bottle honey brown or dark beer
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon hot sauce, or more to taste
- 1 tablespoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon salt
Preparation method
Prep: 5 mins1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl and use to marinate meats or vegetables before grilling.Note
Recipe makes about 2 cups of marinade, enough for 4 pounds of steak.
