Beer batter flapjacks recipe details
- Ingredients:
- 2 cups Krusteazdry pancake mix
- One 12-ounce can/bottle full-bodied beer
- 2 eggs
- 1/8 cup olive oil
A treat for any visitor to the Double D Ranch.
In a large bowl, stir together all ingredients with a spoon until only a few lumps remain. Pour about 1/4 cup of this fairly thin batter onto a hot, well-greased cast-iron griddle. Repeat with remaining batter. With a spatula, flip pancakes quickly, allowing only 20 to 30 seconds per side. Serve with 100% maple syrup.
