Ingredients
Serves: 6- 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon seasoning salt, or to taste
- 20 fresh mushrooms, stems removed
- 1 pound sliced bacon, each slice halved lengthwise
Preparation method
Prep: 20 mins | Cook: 20 mins1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. In a bowl, combine cream cheese, garlic, and seasoning salt. Stuff each mushroom with some of the cheese mixture.
3. Wrap stuffed mushrooms with half-slices of bacon, securing with toothpicks. Place on baking sheet.
