Beef wrapped in Basil and Ham recipe

|500 g||fillet steaks|
|200 g||Italian raw ham, thinly sliced|
|120 ml||olive oil|
|20 ml||lemon juice|
|1 tbsp||black pepper, freshly ground|
|1 bunch(es)||basil leaves, only half of the bunch finely chopped|
|5 small||balls Mozzarella cheese|
|toothpicks or cooking string|
Place fillet steak in a bowl with olive oil, lemon juice, chopped basil, salt and pepper and marinate for at least 6 hours.
Slice fillet steak into 2 cm thick medallions.
Cut cheese into small pieces.
Make a vertical incision into each medallion of meat and place the cheese inside the meat.
Wrap 1 Basil leaf around the fillet and finaly wrap a small piece of raw ham around the piece of meat.
Use toothpick to hold everything together and then place in a skillet or on your grill to cook.
