Beef with mustard cream sauce recipe details
Ingredients
2 | tenderloin steaks |
2 tbsp | butter |
2 tbsp | Dijon mustard |
1 tsp | Worcestershire sauce |
60 ml | brandy |
120 ml | cream |
pepper |
Instructions
Melt butter in heavy skillet over medium heat. Add steak and cook for 4-6 minutes on each side. Add mustard and Worcestershire sauce. Season with pepper and stir to combine.Remove pan from heat, add the brandy and stir to combine. Return to heat and cook for 1 more minutes. Transfer steak to plates.
Add cream to skillet and bring to a quick boil. Cook until liquid is reduced to thin sauce, about 2 minutes. Pour sauce over steak and serve.
