Beef sugar snap noodles recipe details
Ingredients
450 g | lean thin cut sirloin or minute steaks, cut into bite-sized pieces |
225 g | sugar snap peas or green beans, cut in half lengthwise |
75 g | chestnut mushrooms, sliced |
150 ml | hot vegetable stock |
400 g | cooked egg noodles |
75 g | cherry or small plum tomatoes, halved |
1 bunch(es) | freshly chopped mint leaves |
For the marinade: | |
2 clove(s) | garlic, large, peeled & finely chopped |
2 ½ cubic cm | ginger, peeled & finely chopped |
salt & pepper |
Instructions
Mix together garlic, ginger, seasoning and oil in a large shallow bowl.Add the steaks, coat on both sides, cover and marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Heat a large wok and stir-fry the beef for 1 minute on each side. Add the peas, mushrooms, stock and noodles. Cook on a high heat for 2-3 minutes, then add the tomatoes just before serving. Garnish with the mint.
