Ingredients
Serves: 4- 1 tablespoon red curry paste
- 1 (12 oz) can coconut milk
- 1 teaspoon basil
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons fish sauce (optional)
- 1/2 cup vegetable or chicken broth
- 1 sugar pumpkin, deseeded, peeled, and cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 large onion, chopped
Preparation method
Prep: 10 mins | Cook: 30 mins1. In medium saucepan, stir red curry paste into coconut milk. Heat just until boiling, stirring occasionally.
