Beef Stuffing recipe

|1 loaf(s)||white bread, diced|
|1 kg||minced beef or turkey|
|1 medium||onion, chopped|
|2 stalk(s)||celery, chopped|
|sage, dried, to taste|
|salt and pepper, to taste|
Heat oven to 180°C.
Place meat in a large skillet and cook until browned. Add celery and onion and sauté until soft.
Mix together meat, celery, onion and bread in a bowl. Add egg and milk and mix until bread is moist.
Season with sage, salt and pepper.
As a side dish, place mixture in casserole dish and bake until top is browned, about 45-50 minutes.
As stuffing, cook inside of turkey.
