Ingredients
1 | beef steak |
1 tbsp | oil |
salt and freshly ground black pepper | |
250 g | mushrooms, sliced |
1 | shallot, chopped |
1 tbsp | green peppercorns, pickled |
3 tbsp | single cream |
Instructions
Fry the steak in oil for 3-4 minutes on each side. Season with salt and pepper. Take out of the pan and wrap the steak in aluminium foil.
Fry the shallot and the mushrooms in the pan for 5 minutes. Stir in the peppercorns and season with salt. Add the cream and bring to a boil. Serve the steak with the mushroom sauce.
