|350 g||beef, sliced thin|
|100 g||button mushrooms, sliced|
|4 clove(s)||garlic, finely chopped|
|½ tbsp||soy sauce|
|½ tbsp||pepper, sliced|
|2 medium||spring onions, chopped|
|1 tbsp||sago flour, mixed with 3 tbs water|
Sauté garlic until fragrant and add beef. Add water and cook beef until soft.
Add mushrooms, soy sauce, salt, sugar, and pepper, and cook until mushrooms are soft.
Add the spring onions and flour. Stir.
