Beef cah jamur recipe details
Ingredients
350 g | beef, sliced thin |
100 g | button mushrooms, sliced |
4 clove(s) | garlic, finely chopped |
300 ml | water |
½ tbsp | soy sauce |
½ tbsp | salt |
1 tsp | sugar |
½ tbsp | pepper, sliced |
2 medium | spring onions, chopped |
1 tbsp | sago flour, mixed with 3 tbs water |
Instructions
Sauté garlic until fragrant and add beef. Add water and cook beef until soft.Add mushrooms, soy sauce, salt, sugar, and pepper, and cook until mushrooms are soft.
Add the spring onions and flour. Stir.
