A big improvement on the traditional club sandwich, with beef replacing turkey.

Ingredients
Serves: 2- 2 bacon slicse
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1/4 teaspoon dill weed
- 3/4 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 slices bread, toasted
- 4 thin slices deli roast beef
- 4 thin slices deli ham
- 2 slices Provolone cheese
- 2 lettuce leaves
- 2 slices tomato
Preparation method
Prep: 10 mins | Cook: 10 mins1. Cook bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crisp. Drain on paper towels, then crumble.
2. Stir mayonnaise together with dill, 1/4 teaspoon lemon juice, and black pepper. Coat toasted bread with the mixture.
3. Toss avocado with 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice.
4. Build the sandwiches with the beef, ham, cheese, lettuce, tomato, and bacon. Slice in half and serve.
