BBQ Cedar Planked Shrimps recipe

|600 g||shrimps, cleaned, deveined but unpeeled|
|1||untreated cedar plank|
|For the marinade:|
|2 clove(s)||garlic, finely chopped|
|4 tbsp||white balsamic vinegar|
|2 tbsp||soy sauce|
|1 tbsp||sesam oil|
Mix all ingredients for the marinade.
Place shrimps into a bowl and pour over the marinade. Cover bowl and shake well and leave in the fridge for one hour.
Place the soaked plank over indirect medium heat and close the lid of the grill. After a while when smoke starts to escape, brush some oil onto plank and place shrimps onto it, close the lid and cook for 10 minutes. Turn shrimps and cook for 6 minutes.
Serve on lettuce.
