Ingredients
Serves: 4- 1 pound fresh fettucini, cut into 1 inch pieces
- 5 cloves roasted garlic packed in oil
- 2 tablespoons oil garlic is packed in
- 1 (28 ounce) can red kidney beans
- 1/2-1 cup fresh basil – finely chopped or chiffonade
- 1/2 – 1 C fresh grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation method
Prep: 20 mins | Cook: 10 mins1. Boil salted water for pasta. Prep all other ingredients and have ready for when pasta is done.
2. Cook pasta in the salted water until it is al dente; drain. Add roasted garlic and garlic oil to the still warm pasta pot. Then add the pasta and the rest of the ingredients and toss to combine. Serve immediately.
