Basil prawns recipe details
Ingredients
12 large | tiger prawns, peeled, de-veined |
For the marinade: | |
2 tbsp | Dijon mustard |
50 g | butter melted |
3 clove(s) | garlic, crushed |
2 tbsp | fresh basil, chopped |
juice of 1 lemon | |
salt and pepper, to taste |
Instructions
Combine olive oil, butter, lemon juice, mustard, basil, garlic in a a shallow dish. Season with salt and pepper and mix well.Add the prawns and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Remove the prawns from the marinade and put on skewers. Barbecue for 2-3 minutes on each side.
