Basil anchovy and capers sauce recipe details
Ingredients
50 g | fresh basil leaves |
5 tbsp | red wine vinegar |
6 | anchovy fillets, chopped |
2 tbsp | capers, drained |
1 tbsp | Dijon mustard |
240 ml | olive oil |
salt and pepper, to taste |
Instructions
Combine all ingredients, except oil and salt and pepper, in a blender and process until smooth. While the blender is running, gradually add oil and blend until sauce is thick. Season with salt and pepper to taste.Serve with pasta or as a dip.
