Ingredients
800 ml | beef broth |
240 ml | soy sauce |
240 ml | red wine or dry sherry |
150 g | brown sugar |
2 | star anise |
1 pinch(es) | ground ginger |
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Stir and cook for about 10 minutes. Cool, then refrigerate. Use as needed.
