|800 ml||beef broth|
|240 ml||soy sauce|
|240 ml||red wine or dry sherry|
|150 g||brown sugar|
|1 pinch(es)||ground ginger|
Place all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Stir and cook for about 10 minutes. Cool, then refrigerate. Use as needed.
