Barbeque pork ribs recipe details
These delicious ribs start with a simple dry rub, and can be baked or grilled before getting finished off on the grill at high heat.

Ingredients
Serves: 6- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 2 teaspoons celery salt
- 4 (2 pound) racks pork loin ribs
- 3 cups your favorite barbeque sauce, or as needed
Preparation method
Prep: 25 mins | Cook: 2 hours1. Mix dry ingredients together in small bowl, then rub over all sides of the ribs until thoroughly coated.
2. Preheat grill from medium-low, indirect heat (325 degrees F).
3. Cook the ribs on the preheated grill until the meat is tender, 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
4. Brush the meaty side of each rack with barbeque sauce, and place sauce-side-down onto the grill. Cover, and cook 10 to 15 minutes until the sauce has set, then brush the rib side, turn over, and grill 10 to 15 minutes until the sauce sets on that side.Make Ahead:
The ribs may be cooked until tender ahead of time, then wrapped tightly in foil and refrigerated. Finish with barbeque sauce on the grill as in the recipe, cooking 15 to 20 minutes per side.
Alternate Method:To cook in the oven, preheat oven to 325 degrees F and line two baking sheets with aluminum foil and place a rack onto each. Place ribs onto the racks, and bake until tender 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Finish the ribs on the grill according to the recipe.
