|50 g||Parmesan cheese, grated|
|salt and pepper|
In a saucepan, melt the butter. Fry the fennel over medium heat for 5 minutes. Reduce the heat, cover and cook over low heat for 15-20 minutes. Stir in the yoghurt and season with salt and pepper.
Sprinkle the fennel with the Parmesan cheese and serve.
