Fennel with Yoghurt and Parmesan recipe

Ingredients
4 bulb(s) | fennel, quartered |
1 glass(es) | yoghurt |
50 g | Parmesan cheese, grated |
salt and pepper | |
50 g | butter |
Instructions
In a saucepan, melt the butter. Fry the fennel over medium heat for 5 minutes. Reduce the heat, cover and cook over low heat for 15-20 minutes. Stir in the yoghurt and season with salt and pepper.
Sprinkle the fennel with the Parmesan cheese and serve.
