Ingredients
Serves: 4- 1 cup vanilla flavored soy milk
- 1 cup strawberry yogurt
- 1 cup strawberry or guava nectar, apple or pineapple juice
- 1 pre-sliced frozen banana
- 1 1/2 cups frozen strawberries
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon almond extract (optional)
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/4 cup wheat germ
- 1 kiwi (optional)
- 1 cup crushed ice (optional)
Preparation method
Prep: 15 mins1. Pour liquid ingredients into the blender. Add wheat germ and all frozen ingredients. Blend on MIX setting until mixed, then blend at high setting until smooth. Add ice for a colder and thicker smoothie. Serve right away.
