Ingredients
2 ripe bananas
1 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups all-purpose whole-wheat flour
1 cup white sugar
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 cup walnuts
Instructions:

Mix bananas, mayonnaise and vanilla. Mix dry ingredients. Add banana mixture and stir until moistened. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Can substitute drained crushed pineapple, blueberries, pick ready apples.
