2 | bananas |
100 g | sugar |
7 cl | orange juice |
3 cl | Grand Marnier |
2 tbsp | water |
Instructions
Peel the bananas and cut them in halves lengthwise.Heat the water in a pan and stir in the sugar. Cook until caramelized. Deglaze with orange juice and place the bananas into the sauce. Turn until well coated.
Transfer onto a warmed ovenproof serving plate. Pour over the Grand Marnier and ignite. Serve immediately.
