|2 medium||eggs, yolks only|
|vanilla wafers, crumbled|
InstructionsPut sugar, cornstarch and 180 ml of milk in a sauce pan. Stir continuously and cook until firm.
Add egg yolks to remaining 60 ml of milk and mix well together. Add to hot mixture and cook until eggs are done whist keeping stirring. Add vanilla and stir again.
Pour over crumbled vanilla wafers and sliced bananas. Cover with whole cookies. Cool and serve.
