- Ingredients
- 1 stick butter
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3 ripe bananas, mashed
- 2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
- 3/4 cup butterscotch morsels
Cream together butter, eggs, and sugar. Add bananas. Then add flour, baking powder, salt, baking soda, cinnamon, and nutmeg and blend together. Fold in butterscotch morsels. Place in two greased loaf pans and bake at 350 degrees for 28 minutes.
