- Ingredients
- 3 ripe or overripe bananas (4 if small)
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1-1/2 cups flour
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
Mash bananas with masher. Stir in other ingredients. Pour into greased and floured loaf pan. Bake 65 minutes in a 325-degree oven.
