Banana and Gooseberry Jam recipe

Ingredients
700 g | gooseberries |
200 g | banana, peeled and sliced |
1 | lemon, juice |
500 g | jam sugar |
banana liqueur |
Instructions
Roughly purée the gooseberries. Combine the gooseberries, the bananas, lemon juice and sugar in a saucepan. Cover and allow to soak for 3 hours.
Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Boil for 3 minutes. Season to taste with banana liqueur.
Pour the jam into sterilized jars and seal with screw caps. Allow to cool, then store in the fridge.
