strawberry and sour cream dressing recipe details
Ingredients
300 g | strawberries, fresh or frozen, thawed, sliced |
300 ml | sour cream |
some | sugar |
1 pinch(es) | salt |
Instructions
Put the sliced strawberries in a bowl and add some sugar. Let stand for about 2 hours.Crush the strawberrries in their syrup with the back of a large spoon.
Add the sour cream and salt, and stir until well blended.
Taste for sweetness and add more sugar if desired. For a smoother dressing, process in blender.
Cover bowl and refrigerate the dressing for at least 1 hour before serving.
