Baked zucchini with cheese recipe details
Ingredients
2 medium | zucchini, sliced very thin |
1 | egg(s) |
1 tsp | mustard |
⅛ tsp | ground white pepper |
⅛ tsp | ground nutmeg |
1 | onion, sliced thin |
100 g | lowfat cheese, grated |

Instructions
Slice zucchini and drain off moisture.Combine egg, mustard, pepper, nutmeg, onion and cheese and mix well.
Put zucchini into a lightly oiled casserole and pour mixture over the zucchini.
Bake at 350° F/ 180° C for 40 to 45 minutes.
