Baked Toast with Tomato and Mozzarella recipe

|salt and freshly ground black pepper|
|250 g||cream cheese|
|300 g||Mozzarella cheese, sliced|
|1 handful||basil, roughly chopped|
Preheat the oven to 200° C.
Spread the toasts with the cream cheese. Place the toasts onto a lined baking tray and divide the tomatoes on top. Sprinkle with basil and cover with Mozzarella slices. Season with salt and pepper.
Bake for 10-15 minutes until the cheese has melted.
