Baked toast with tomato and mozzarella recipe details
Ingredients
8 slice(s) | brown toast |
4 | tomatoes, sliced |
salt and freshly ground black pepper | |
250 g | cream cheese |
300 g | Mozzarella cheese, sliced |
1 handful | basil, roughly chopped |
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 200° C.Spread the toasts with the cream cheese. Place the toasts onto a lined baking tray and divide the tomatoes on top. Sprinkle with basil and cover with Mozzarella slices. Season with salt and pepper.
Bake for 10-15 minutes until the cheese has melted.
