Ingredients

1 kg Swiss chard, stalks and leaves cut into stripes
1 pack(s) puff pastry
3 clove(s) garlic, mashed
200 g cream cheese
2  tomatoes, thinly sliced
2 tbsp tomato puree
1 tbsp oil
200 g grated Gouda cheese
1 tsp instant vegetable stock
salt and pepper
nutmeg


Instructions

In a saucepan, cover the chard stems with boiling water. Add the instant stock and cook until nearly done. Add the leaves and cook for another minute. Chill in cold water and drain.

Preheat the oven to 200°C.

Mix together the cooked chard, cream cheese, tomato purée and garlic. Stir in the oil and season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.

Line a pie dish with the puff pastry. Place the mixture into the pie dish and top with the tomatoes. Sprinkle with cheese and bake for 25-35 minutes.
