Ingredients
Serves: 8- 5 red or yellow finn potatoes
- 3 eggs, boiled and chopped (can boil on the grill!)
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup sweet pickle relish
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/4 teaspoon celery salt
- 1 tablespoon prepared mustard
- Ground black pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
Preparation method
Prep: 15 mins | Cook: 45 mins | Extra time: 30 mins, chilling1. Preheat grill to 450 degrees F.
2. Place potatoes on foil lengths and wrap up loosely. Grill for 40 minutes with the lid closed. Remove from heat, unwrap, and dice.
3. Toss all ingredients together and refrigerate for 30 minutes to chill.
