Baked spaghetti recipe details
This casserole is layered with Italian sausage, ground beef, Velveeta(R) cheese and spaghetti. My grandchildren love this!

Ingredients
Serves: 6- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 onions chopped
- 1/2 pound ground beef
- 1/2 pound Italian sausage (not in casings)
- 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 32 ounce can peeled tomatoes
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1 pound spaghetti (boil half done , then cool in cold water)
- 1 cup Velveeta(R) cheese
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
Preparation method
Prep: 45 mins | Cook: 45 mins1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
2. Heat oil, add onions and brown, add meat and brown. Add garlic, salt, pepper, chili powder, tomatoes, water. Cover and simmer 15 minutes stirring, uncover simmer another 15 minutes stirring often.
3. In 9×13 baking dish pour about 1 1/2 cups sauce, 1/2 spaghetti, and half of each cheese. Repeat, finish with rest of sauce. Cover with foil.
4. Bake at 375 for 35 minutes, uncover and bake another 15 minutes Let cool for 10 minutes serve
