Baked Potatoes with Sour Cream and Cheese recipe
Ingredients
8 | potatoes, peeled, sliced |
2 | bay leaves |
300 ml | sour cream |
60 g | butter, melted |
1 medium | onion, chopped |
180 g | Cheddar cheese, grated |
salt, to taste |
Instructions
Preheat oven to 170°C.
Peel and slice potatoes and cook with 2 bay leaves until tender.
Transfer cooked potato slices to a baking dish and add melted butter, onions and sour cream. Bake for 30 minutes, covered or uncovered.
Add grated cheese and bake for further 5-8 minutes or until cheese is melted.
