|4||pike fillets, washed, pat dry, cut into serving size pieces|
|180 ml||hot tomato salsa|
|180 ml||sour cream|
|60 g||butter, melted|
InstructionsMix salsa and sour cream in a bowl.
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Pour melted butter in a baking dish and place fillets inside. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until fish is tender.
To serve, cover with sauce and serve.
