Baked pike fillets in hot salsa recipe details
Ingredients
4 | pike fillets, washed, pat dry, cut into serving size pieces |
180 ml | hot tomato salsa |
180 ml | sour cream |
60 g | butter, melted |
Instructions
Mix salsa and sour cream in a bowl.Preheat oven to 180°C.
Pour melted butter in a baking dish and place fillets inside. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until fish is tender.
To serve, cover with sauce and serve.
