Ingredients

4  pike fillets, washed, pat dry, cut into serving size pieces
180 ml hot tomato salsa
180 ml sour cream
60 g butter, melted

Instructions

Mix salsa and sour cream in a bowl.

Preheat oven to 180°C.

Pour melted butter in a baking dish and place fillets inside. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until fish is tender.

To serve, cover with sauce and serve.
