Ingredients
4 large | pears, washed, peeled, halved |
3 tbsp | lemon juice |
30 g | sugar |
50 g | butter |
150 g | cornflakes, crushed |
For the lemon cream sauce: | |
240 ml | sour cream |
40 g | confectioner’s sugar |
2 tbsp | lemon juice |
Instructions
Preheat oven to 170°C.Mix together sugar and lemon juice.
Melt butter in a small saucepan. Dip pears in the lemon juice and sugar mixture and then in butter.
Roll in corn flakes and arrange in a baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until tender but not soft.

Beat sour cream and sugar until thick. Add lemon juice and beat well. S
