Ingredients

4	pears, peeled, pitted, halved
2	oranges, peeled, sliced
120 ml	orange juice
2	bananas, mashed
60 ml	honey
	coconut, grated

Instructions

Arrange pear halves and orange slices in a shallow baking dish.

Mix orange juice, mashed bananas and honey together and pour over fruit. Cover.

Preheat oven to 200°C.

Bake pears for 20 minutes, uncover, and spoon syrup over. Bake for further 10 minutes. Sprinkle with coconut and serve warm.
