IngredientsOrange roughly fillets (1pound), garlic powder (1/4tsp), Italian seasoned breadcrumbs (1/4c), melted butter (1/4c), salt (1/2tsp or to taste), grated parmesan cheese (2tbsp), chopped fresh parsley (1tbsp), grated Romano cheese (2tbsp).
Method of preparation
First heat the oven to 400 degrees F. Take a baking dish of medium size, grease it with non stick cooking spray. Take a bowl, mix Romano cheese, parmesan cheese, bread crumbs, garlic powder and salt in it. Take orange roughly fillets, apply butter on both sides of fillets. Dip the fillets in the bread crumbs. Take baking dish, place the fillets on it in layer and then sprinkle parsley over it. Place the dish in oven and bake it for 10 to 15 minutes or until the fillets get flake easily with fork.
