Ingredients
Serves: 4- 2 large white onions, sliced in rings
- 8 ounces portabella mushrooms, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced or minced
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 5 tablespoons Dale’s(R) Seasoning (liquid steak seasoning)
Preparation method
Prep: 7 mins | Cook: 45 mins1. Preheat an outdoor grill for medium heat.
2. Fold over an 18″ wide tin foil sheet in half so it is square. This will hold the ingredients. Place the onions, mushrooms, garlic, in the middle of the foil. Put the four dollops of butter on top. Drizzle the five tablespoons of Dale’s over all. Bring the four corners of the foil together in the center, and crimp any open spaces to form a seal.
3. Place the foil packet on the grill at 325 degrees (medium) for 45 minutes. Open and serve.
