Baked mashed cauliflower recipe details
Ingredients
1 head(s) | cauliflower, trimmed |
60 ml | single cream |
60 g | cream cheese |
¼ tsp | onion powder |
1 clove(s) | garlic, minced |
salt and pepper, to taste |
Instructions
Cook cauliflower in slightly salted water until tender. Drain.In a bowl mash cauliflower and stir in the cream, cream cheese, onion powder and minced garlic. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Preheat oven to 170°C.
Put the mashed mixture into a baking dish, cover and bake for 20 minutes.
