Here is a quick, easy and mighty tasty starter course good for anytime of the year.
Halve and section (but do not remove) each fruit. Take some good maple syrup (light) and pour on top, spread all around with your finger. In a pre-heated 350-degree oven, bake for about 15 minutes or until the grapefruit sections appear to be ready to pop out of their outer skin. Garnish with some dried cranberries or strawberries. Serve with bread, and there you are. We further garnish with edible flowers from our gardens.
One grapefruit serves two (but you knew that).
