Baked cheesecake recipe details
A delicious easy-to-make cheesecake that’s been in my family for 25 plus years. I got the recipe from my mother and have been making it myself for the last 10 years.

Ingredients
Serves: 8- Cake:
- 2(8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 3 eggs
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- Topping:
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Preparation method
Prep: 30 mins | Cook: 40 mins1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Butter a 9-inch pie plate.
2. Beat softened cream cheese until fluffy. Beat in remaining Cake ingredients. Pour into prepared pie plate.
3. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes. Cool for 20 minutes. Combine Topping ingredients in a bowl and pour on top of baked cake. Spread evenly and return to oven until set, about 10 minutes.
