Ingredients

600 g	buttercup squash, in wedges, peeled and seeds removed
	lime juice
	runny honey
1 handful	walnuts, coarsley chopped
50 g	blue Stilton, crumbled

Instructions

Put the squash wedges into an ovenproof dish and bake at 180°C for about 30 minutes until done, but still a bit firm.

Drizzle with lime juice and honey, and sprinkle with the cheese crumbles and the nuts. Place into the hot oven for another 5 minutes.

Note:
You may use any other squash or pumpkin if no buttercup available.
