Baked brie in pastry recipe details
Ingredients
1 large | sheet of puff pastry |
1 | Brie cheese |
raspberry jam | |
1 handful | brown sugar |
60 ml | maple syrup |
Instructions
Preheat oven to 180°C.Lay out the puff pastry and put brie on top. Spread jam over brie, fold dough to cover brie inside, cutting off excess dough. Drizzle maple syrup and brown sugar on top.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until pastry is golden brown. Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
