Bailey s chocolate mousse recipe details
Ingredients
1 envelope(s) | gelatin |
1 tsp | vanilla |
180 ml | milk |
180 ml | Bailey’s Irish Cream |
170 g | semisweet chocolate chips |
500 ml | whipping cream |
Instructions
Place milk in a saucepan and sprinkle unflavored gelatin over milk. Let stand about 1 minute, then stir over low heat until gelatin is dissolved, about 5 minutes.Add chocolate and continue cooking, stirring constantly until chocolate is melted. Remove from heat, stir in vanilla and then the Bailey’s. Keep stirring.
In a separate bowl, beat cream until stiff. Fold whipped topping into the chocolate mixture and stir well to combine. Chill before serving.
